Remove the system menu and the button of the titlt bar

To disable them :

Form1.BorderIcons := Form1.BorderIcons - [ biSystemMenu , biMinimize , biMaximize ] ;

To enable it :

Form1.BorderIcons := Form1.BorderIcons + [ biSystemMenu , biMinimize , biMaximize ] ;
